We’re a collective of women who believe trans people deserve dignity and safety. We are concerned that trans men and women, as well as non-binary and intersex folk, are being excluded from everyday experiences under the guise of protecting women.
We’re not activists or experts – we’re everyday women from all walks of life who’ve watched trans+ people being blamed for problems they didn’t create, and we know that’s not right.
As women who’ve faced harassment, discrimination, and violence ourselves, we understand real threats. We know the facts about who causes harm. We won’t let our identities be weaponised to justify discrimination against some of the most vulnerable people in our communities.

We want the media and politicians to recognise that there is a large number of women who are supportive of the trans+ community. We call on them to report truthfully about the sources of violence against women and to address the systems that perpetuate harm.
